1 Introduction

These Terms & Conditions ("Terms") constitute a legally binding agreement between you ("the Player", "you", "your") and kh99 ("the Platform", "we", "us", "our"), the operator of the online betting and casino platform accessible at kh99.io. These Terms govern your access to and use of all products, services, games, and features made available through the kh99 platform, including but not limited to sports betting, live casino, slot games, specialty games, and promotional offers.

Your continued use of the platform following any amendment constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.

2 Eligibility

Use of the kh99 platform is subject to the following strict eligibility requirements. By registering an account, you represent and warrant that you meet all of the following conditions:

• You are at least 21 years of age. kh99 enforces a minimum age of 21 without exception. Registration by any person under the age of 21 is strictly prohibited.
• You are acting on your own behalf as an individual and are not registering on behalf of a third party.
• You are not a resident of a jurisdiction in which accessing or using online gambling services is prohibited under applicable law.
• You have not previously been self-excluded from the kh99 platform or had an account terminated for breach of these Terms.
• You are not an employee, contractor, director, officer, or agent of kh99, nor an immediate family member of any such person, in respect of games and betting markets directly operated by kh99.
• You are mentally capable of entering into a binding legal agreement and are not acting under duress.

3 Account Registration

Each player may hold only one (1) active account on the kh99 platform. The creation of multiple accounts by the same individual — whether using the same or different personal details, devices, IP addresses, or payment methods — constitutes a material breach of these Terms and will result in the closure of all associated accounts and forfeiture of any balances or pending withdrawals.

When registering, you are required to provide accurate, complete, and current information including your full legal name, date of birth, valid email address, and mobile number. You agree to promptly update your account information if any details change. kh99 shall not be liable for any loss or inconvenience arising from your failure to maintain accurate account information.

You are solely responsible for the security and confidentiality of your username and password. You must not share your login credentials with any third party. kh99 will treat any login to your account using your credentials as authorised by you. If you suspect that your account has been accessed without your authorisation, you must notify kh99 immediately via live chat or email at [email protected].

kh99 reserves the right to decline any registration application at its sole discretion and without obligation to provide a reason. Account registration is free of charge.

4 Deposits & Payments

All funds deposited into your kh99 account must originate from a payment source that is registered in your own name. Deposits from third-party payment sources are not permitted. kh99 accepts the following payment methods for deposits:

• Cards: Visa, Mastercard (where available)
• Bank Transfer: Dutch-Bangla Bank, City Bank, BRAC Bank, Islami Bank, Sonali Bank (where available)

The minimum deposit amount is ৳200. There is no upper limit on individual deposits, although kh99 reserves the right to apply enhanced due diligence procedures for large deposits at its discretion. Deposits are credited to your kh99 account balance in Bangladeshi Taka (BDT) only.

kh99 does not charge fees on deposits. However, your payment provider may apply their own transaction fees, which are your responsibility. kh99 is not liable for delays caused by your payment provider's processing systems.

kh99 reserves the right to reverse a deposit and return funds to the originating payment method if there are reasonable grounds to suspect fraud, money laundering, or a breach of these Terms. In such cases, the account will be suspended pending investigation.

5 Withdrawals

Withdrawal requests may only be submitted to a payment method registered in your name that has previously been used to make a deposit on the platform, or to a verified personal bank account. The minimum withdrawal amount is ৳500. Withdrawals are processed in BDT only.

Before any withdrawal is processed, kh99 may require you to complete identity verification (KYC) by submitting a copy of a government-issued photo ID (National ID card or passport) and proof of payment method ownership. Withdrawal requests submitted before verification is complete will be placed on hold pending the submission and review of required documentation.

Processing times for approved withdrawals are as follows:

• bKash / Nagad / Rocket / Upay: 5 to 30 minutes under normal operating conditions
• Card / Bank Transfer: 1 to 5 business days depending on the receiving institution

kh99 reserves the right to delay or withhold withdrawal processing if there are reasonable grounds to suspect fraudulent activity, a breach of these Terms, or a pending investigation. Players will be notified of any hold applied to their withdrawal request via the email address registered on their account.

Winnings generated from bonus funds are subject to the wagering requirements specified in the applicable promotion. Bonus winnings that have not met the applicable wagering requirements cannot be withdrawn until those requirements are satisfied in full.

6 Bonuses & Promotions

kh99 offers promotional bonuses to eligible players from time to time, including welcome bonuses, deposit match offers, free bets, cashback promotions, and seasonal offers tied to Bangladesh's sporting and cultural calendar (including BPL season, Eid, Pohela Boishakh, Victory Day, and IPL). All bonuses are subject to the specific terms published alongside each offer, in addition to the general provisions set out in this clause.

• Bonuses are available to players aged 21 and above who hold a fully verified kh99 account.
• Each bonus offer specifies a minimum qualifying deposit, a wagering requirement (playthrough), eligible games, minimum odds, and an expiry period. All conditions must be met before bonus-derived winnings become withdrawable.
• Bonus funds are separate from real-money balances. Real-money funds are used first in wagering unless the applicable promotion states otherwise.
• Opening multiple accounts to claim a bonus more than once constitutes bonus abuse and will result in forfeiture of all bonuses and account termination.
• kh99 reserves the right to modify, suspend, or withdraw any promotional offer at any time without prior notice, provided that any modification does not retroactively alter the terms applicable to a bonus already credited to a player's account.
• Bonuses credited in error may be removed from a player's account without prior notice. Any wagering conducted on an erroneously credited bonus before the error is corrected does not create a right to retain any associated winnings.

7 Betting Rules

All sports betting activity on the kh99 platform — including cricket, football, kabaddi, and other markets — is governed by the following general rules. Sport-specific rules and market-specific rules are published separately within the relevant betting sections of the platform.

• All bets are accepted subject to the maximum stake limits displayed on each market. kh99 reserves the right to limit stake sizes on individual markets or for individual players at its sole discretion.
• Once a bet is confirmed and a bet reference number has been issued, the bet cannot be cancelled or amended by the player unless the market has been declared void in accordance with these rules.
• Bets placed on a market that is subsequently voided — due to abandonment, postponement, or other qualifying event — will be refunded at the original stake amount to your kh99 account balance.
• In the event of a palpable error in odds (manifestly incorrect odds resulting from a technical fault, human error, or data feed failure), kh99 reserves the right to void all affected bets and refund stakes. This includes situations where the error was exploited knowingly by a player.

kh99 operates a zero-tolerance policy on match-fixing, spot-fixing, and the use of non-public information to gain unfair advantage in betting markets. Any account found to be engaged in such activity will be permanently closed and the matter may be reported to relevant authorities.

8 Casino & Game Rules

10 Account Suspension & Termination

kh99 reserves the right to suspend, restrict, or permanently terminate any player account at its sole discretion, with or without prior notice, in any of the following circumstances:

• Failure to complete identity verification within a reasonable timeframe upon request
• Suspected or confirmed underage gambling
• Suspected or confirmed fraudulent activity, including but not limited to chargeback fraud, payment fraud, or identity fraud
• Multi-accounting or bonus abuse
• Use of automated software, bots, or unfair advantage tools
• Suspected involvement in match-fixing or corruption of sporting events
• Conduct that kh99 reasonably believes to be harmful to the integrity of the platform or other players

Upon termination for breach, kh99 may withhold any balance pending investigation. If a player is found to have engaged in fraudulent activity, the entire account balance may be forfeited. kh99 will process any legitimate real-money balance (excluding bonus funds and associated winnings) where there is no evidence of fraud or breach.

Players who believe their account has been suspended or terminated in error may submit a formal complaint to [email protected]. kh99 will acknowledge all formal complaints within 5 business days and aim to resolve them within 30 days of receipt.

11 Intellectual Property

All content on the kh99 platform — including but not limited to the kh99 brand name, logo, website design, graphics, text, software, game interfaces, data, and promotional materials — is the intellectual property of kh99 or its licensed suppliers and is protected by applicable intellectual property laws. Nothing in these Terms grants you any right, title, or interest in the kh99 brand or platform content.

You may not reproduce, distribute, modify, transmit, display, publish, or create derivative works from any kh99 platform content without prior written permission from kh99. Unauthorised use of kh99 intellectual property may result in legal action. Game titles and associated content remain the intellectual property of the respective game providers (Evolution Gaming, Pragmatic Play, NetEnt, Microgaming, Spribe, Ezugi, and others) and are subject to their respective licensing terms.

12 Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, kh99 shall not be liable for:

13 Privacy & Data Protection

kh99 collects, processes, and stores personal data in accordance with its Privacy Policy, which is incorporated into these Terms by reference.
